Return policy at Gentlilmen
At Gentlilmen, we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. We encourage you to check your order carefully upon receipt. Below you will find everything you need to know about returning items.

Check at delivery
As soon as you receive your order, it is important to check the items immediately. If you have received a damaged or wrongly delivered product, please contact us within 14 days at info@gentlilmen.com. Please include the following information with your message:

  • Order number
  • Contact information
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos of the item and any damage
  • Preference: replacement or refund

Refunds
If you have received a product that is damaged or does not match your order, you can request a replacement or refund:

  • Replacement: you will receive a new, equivalent product at no additional cost.
  • Refund: upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Please check your bank account and contact your bank or payment provider. If you have not received a refund after these steps, please contact us at info@gentlilmen.com.

Factory defective products
A product is eligible for return if it does not meet the expected service life and this is within the warranty. Warranty conditions vary by product category and use. Damage due to misuse is not covered by the warranty.

Please note that we do not offer a return option for products that have been delivered correctly and in good condition. Therefore, please check your size, color and style carefully when placing your order. We therefore recommend always choosing a larger size when in doubt. Better too big than too small.

Return costs
