Do you offer warranty on your products?

We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to resolve any concerns or problems quickly. Our warranties typically cover manufacturing defects and defects in workmanship. Please contact our customer service department immediately if a product is damaged.

Do you also have a physical store?

No, Gentlilmen does not have a physical store (yet). In the future, we do see a brand store of our own for Gentlilmen.

Are all the clothes in the shop in stock?

Yes, all clothing in our store is in stock. If an item is out of stock, we immediately remove it from our website.

How do I know which size to order?

Our sizes are based on young man's height and are clearly stated with each product. In doubt between two sizes? Then choose the larger size. Better a slightly larger size than too small! Always check the size carefully before ordering.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest by simply providing your shipping and payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Gentilmen you can use the following payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Choose the method that is most convenient for you.

I made a mistake when ordering, what can I do?

To ensure fast processing, orders are sent directly to our warehouse so they can be packed and shipped as soon as possible. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve this problem for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed.

How can I cancel my order?

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for delivery and return the product. Return conditions:

  • Products must be undamaged and unused.
  • Returns are at your own expense unless there is a wrong or damaged product.

How long is the delivery time?

After receiving payment, your order will be processed manually and shipped from our warehouse. With standard shipping, your order will be delivered within 6–10 business days. Would you like to receive your products faster? Then choose fast delivery; in that case, the delivery time is 3–8 business days.

How can i track my order?

All orders are trackable. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track-and-trace code by e-mail. This allows you to track the current status of your order. Please note that the information is only available once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
