We offer this website, including all information, tools and services, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our website and/or making a purchase, you are using our “Service” and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, suppliers, customers, merchants and content contributors.

Our webshop is hosted through Shopify Inc. which provides us with a platform for selling our products and services.

We reserve the right to deny access to our services at any time and for any reason. Article 3 - Delivery times and shipping
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers in China. As a result, delivery times typically vary between 6 and 11 days, depending on your location. We do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order, but delays due to customs processes or transportation conditions may occur. Please note that orders from multiple items may be shipped separately.
Article 4 - Import duties and taxes.
The prices on our website do not include VAT, import duties or other customs fees. As a customer, you are responsible for any additional charges imposed by your local government. Please check your country's import regulations and tax rules before placing an order.
Article 5 - Return and exchange policy
Due to our dropshipping model and international shipping, we accept returns only in case of defects or errors in delivery. Customers should contact us at info@gentlilmen.com within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return process.
Please note:
- Return charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Processing returns may take extra time due to international shipping.
Article 6 - Product descriptions and sizes
We make every effort to make product images and descriptions as accurate as possible. However, due to manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, size or finish may occur.
Important: Please check our sizes carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect size choices.

Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products or services without notice. We are not liable for price changes, suspension or termination of services.

We may provide access to third-party tools without control or warranties on our part. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.
